Weak area in floor no problem !!!! Cut it out, added new supports and anchored one joist into existing concrete, installed new subfloor. Good as new !!!!

Before and after of this nice project !!!! Battled over 15 inches of rain and extreme heat but loved the way it turned out !!!!

We have battled it out on this project with over 15 inches of rain since we started and toughed it out through the extreme heat 🥵 🥵🥵 Had to excavate the trench twice due to all the rain and hand dug out a 20 foot section due to the rock being totally saturated and spongey. Installing Versa-Lok Square foot 8” tall blocks weighing in at 87lbs a block💪💪💪 This is only a project for the Big Dogs 😂We don’t give up and always guarantee a quality project and stand by our workmanship 100%
