I would like to thank everyone who chanced the rain and came out today to the annual car show. Thanks to all of our sponsors, without your help we wouldn’t be able to help others. A special thank you to Debbie Welch for all your help today. Thank you to Millie Kate Hutton for singing the National Anthem. What an awesome job. Yes, it's tomorrow! Cars, fellowship, food, music and, that most coveted thing at car shows ... SHADE! We're not going to hold you hostage for 8 hours waiting on a 50/50 drawing. We're getting together for a few hours of fellowship, music, burgers, hot dogs and other snacks at lunchtime tomorrow while supporting two families in need. A very different car show. Please com out and have lunch with us!

My church, Trinity United Methodist Church, in Henderson and the United Methodist church of Pinson, are having our first annual "Made in the Shade" car show. The show will benefit (all proceeds) two needy families, one in Chester County and one in Madison County. The show will be held on the Trinity lawn where all spots are in the shade. Please come out, bring those rides, and help us on October 11th make the Christmas season a little brighter for two local families. See the attached flyer. Yes indeed, it's that time of the month again. Our club meeting is tomorrow, 8/12 at 7PM at Trinity Medical, 832 Mulberry Ave, Selmer, TN. The meeting is open to all members and anyone curious about the club. We'd love to talk to you about membership!
