Sami’s next step is preparing to take the VTNE (Veterinary Technician National Exam) as she works toward becoming a licensed veterinary technician, while continuing her education to earn her Bachelor’s degree.

After 28 years of dedicated service, we congratulate Norma Barnes on her retirement from Adams Community Bank.

Norma began her career as a teller and worked her way up to a Branch Manager, spending nearly three decades serving customers and the community from the very same branch where her banking journey first began. Her leadership, commitment, and friendly face have made a lasting impact on both customers and coworkers alike.

Our first spotlight shines on Nora Moser, daughter of Renelle Moser, Marketing & Communication Officer. Nora is a recent graduate of the Cosmetology Program at McCann Technical High School. During McCann’s 9-month consolidated program, Nora not only honed her skills and creativity, but also competed — and won — at the state SkillsUSA competition! She will proudly represent Massachusetts at the national SkillsUSA competition in Atlanta next month.

Congratulations, Nora! Your dedication, talent, and hard work are inspiring, and we can’t wait to see all you accomplish next. 🌟👏

Today, ACB employees William, Justyn, and Nicole had the opportunity to attend Drury High School's career fair. They enjoyed connecting with students to discuss career paths, interests, and the opportunities available here in the Berkshires.
