B Basketball: Hadley's Hartsbrook vs Berkshire Arts and Technology

BART will travel to Hardwick, MA to tip off against Eagle Hill on Wednesday 2/15 at 4:00 pm!

It was senior night and they came into the North Adams Armory ready for their first win of the tournament.

Sawyer Moser led the team with 20 points, multiple steals, multiple rebounds, and many assists.

Corey Lynch opened the game up with a quick 13 points in the first quarter to set the tone for the whole game.

Another senior with many steals was Matt Lizzo. He served as a nice leader on the court (continuing what he's done all season long) and finished the game with 11 points and a very nice last second shot of the game.

Senior Ivan Chen had 7 points, multiple beast-mode blocks, and many rebounds.

Our 5th senior, Malakhi Matthews, had numerous rebounds and was a great defensive threat all game long.

The next game is Wednesday versus the very tough Eagle Hill School on their court.

It's been a sincere pleasure working with these boys all these years. I'm very proud of their accomplishments and especially their energy and great attitudes they've brought to the team. They will be missed.

This year we lost our statistician and was able to track only points scored. As a coach, I don't like focusing on points because there are more important aspects of the game that make champions. Nonetheless, I should share 2021-22 basketball season player points.

Something that is significant is that the scoring was much more even than any year in the past. This is a great sign that the BART program is becoming stronger as a whole. Also, while we are losing or two tallest players - who will be greatly missed for many reasons (Reggie and Kymani), everyone else is returning. I am very much looking forward to the future of BART Charter Basketball.
