This is a side by side duplex. Gas heat and electric not included. This unit also has a pellet stove.

Trash removal is included, and there is a shared washer and dryer in the common area in the building for use of both units. Off street parking for one vehicle. Sorry, this unit is not pet friendly. (We do have several pet friendly units but currently none are available.)
First and last month rent and transfer of utilities into your name are due upon lease signing.
