A little bit of road work with the help of my friends dump trailer. 2.6 ton of stone and a shovel = backache lol. Some before and after photos. Hard to follow I know. Just filling in a few low spots here and there.

Had our first burial on May 1st and while we had Barry Ramsey with his equipment asked him to help with some stump removal. It's an ongoing process as always.

We are very grateful to the National Elementary Honor Society from Wiley Intermediate, Watertown City School District and their Advisors Ashley Stevens and Karen O'Brien for helping us clean up today. Everyone worked hard raking and picking up the cemetery!! Everything looks great! What an amazing group of students!

President Glenn Richter started doing some clean up yesterday. This years strong winter winds blew down lots of sticks and branches!

A couple more stones were fixed recently. First was the Benton stone that the upper section fell off the base due to a leaning foundation. A little trench digging, tractor work and crusher run stone and back level again. Thanks again to Artisan Engraving for putting it back in place.
Second one was the Nemier stone that was leaning and really in the wrong spot. A new foundation by myself and a reset by Cozzi monuments out of Watertown makes it much better. Bill and Ester would be pleased I think.

Cross stone was just about ready to tip over and maybe hurt someone. Much thanks to Artisan Engraving with their help with this one.

Recieved a phone call from the Mullin family this past summer as they were concerned about the family stone. It was leaning pretty good. Cozzi Monuments out of Watertown moved the stone and base for us. The foundation itself was solid just leaning. After much digging with a pick, prying, leveraging and some fresh stone and concrete around the sides it was leveled back up and the stone reset. Ron did a lot of work here in the community and also for the cemetery itself. A Thank you to the Mullin family for their kindness and patience as it took a while.
