Shaping some ground for a future new build in Ada. About 12,000 yards needs to be moved to balance the site and get it ready for the new home!

Wishing Rick Norman a big happy birthday today. He may be “retired” but you can still find him fixing, or fabricating something in the shop 5 days a week! Can’t thank you for all of your help, and we all truly enjoy having your presence, and knowledge in the shop!

Another custom build coming to life in Cascade township on a beautiful 10 acre parcel. Not letting the spring rain keep us from pushing forward!

Hitting deadlines no matter the forecast! It may take torches, frost blankets, hand warmers, and incredible patience, but we’re still pushing forward on projects even when Michigan is a perpetual snow globe this week.. we’re also incredibly proud and appreciative of our snowplow guys that have been running the night shift for far too many days while we run a few guys during the day to keep progress moving.

First dig of of 2026 is almost ready for backfill! We’re excited to continue progress on this beautiful custom build in Caledonia for Scheidel Construction!

Getting rolling on another one in Cascade today! We’re grateful to have a busy winter, and looking forward to a great spring ahead!
