The witch trials are often discussed as a historical event, but their impact can still be felt today through what many refer to as the Witch Wound.
For many women, it shows up as a fear of being judged, misunderstood, rejected, or criticized for being fully themselves. It can show up as second-guessing your intuition, staying quiet when you want to speak, hiding parts of yourself, or feeling responsible for everyone else's needs while neglecting your own.
Whether you view it through a historical lens, an energetic lens, or both, many women recognize these patterns in themselves.
At Healing the Witch Wound, we will explore the history of the witch trials, the collective wound many women still carry, and participate in journaling, ritual, energy healing, and gentle Kundalini movement designed to help release fear, reconnect with your intuition, and support a deeper connection with yourself.
This event is for women who are ready to understand these patterns more deeply and begin letting go of what no longer belongs to them.
Registration is now open. DM me for the link or find it in my bio.
There are seasons in life when everything feels like it is changing at once.
Children grow up. Relationships shift. Careers evolve. Priorities change. The roles we’ve held for years begin to look different.
While these transitions can feel uncertain, they also create an opportunity.
When life no longer looks the way it always has, we begin asking different questions. We become more curious about what we want, what matters, and what feels aligned for the next chapter.
This is often when intuition becomes more noticeable.
Not because it suddenly appeared, but because we are paying attention in a different way.
Many of the women I work with come to me during a transition. They know something is shifting, even if they can’t fully name it yet. Together, we strengthen intuition, reconnect with the body, and rewire patterns that no longer support where they want to go.
If you’re in a season of transition and feeling called to explore your intuition more deeply, send me a DM and let’s chat about my 1:1 Intuitive Development Mentorship.

One of the things I care deeply about in this work is helping women reconnect with themselves in a grounded, embodied way.
Not just intellectually, but through the body, nervous system, intuition, and everyday life.
Watching clients begin to understand themselves more deeply and relate to themselves differently is one of the most meaningful parts of the work I do.
I currently have openings in my 1:1 Intuitive Development Mentorship. If you’d like to learn more, send me a DM or apply through the link in my bio.

One of the things I’ve noticed through both my own journey and my work with clients is how disconnected many people have become from their bodies.
We are taught to push through exhaustion, ignore discomfort, override emotions, stay productive, and second guess ourselves constantly.
Over time, that disconnect can make it much harder to recognize intuitive information when it comes through physically.
Because intuition does not always arrive as a voice or a dramatic spiritual experience.
Sometimes it comes through the body first.
Part of the deeper work of intuitive development is rebuilding that connection to yourself so you can begin recognizing what your system is already communicating.
This is one of the reasons I incorporate Light Leader Kundalini™ and nervous system work into my mentorship. As women reconnect to their bodies and create more regulation and awareness within their systems, intuition becomes much clearer and easier to recognize.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve physically felt when Spirit entered a space.
Growing up, it was always one of my deceased grandparents. I would suddenly get chills all over my body, and then my claircognizance, or clear knowing, would tell me which grandparent was there. And then I’d chat with them.
At the time, I didn’t have language for any of this. I just knew it was happening.
Then several years ago, I had one of my first experiences with someone I wasn’t related to. I was at a friend’s house before she left town for her cousin’s funeral. We were talking about her cousin when I suddenly got chills very intensely. In that moment, I knew she had entered the room.
Right after, another friend looked up and said, “I just got chills.”
Back then, I stayed quiet about experiences like this because I was still very much “in the broom closet.” Now, I understand that many people experience intuitive information physically through the body and simply don’t recognize it for what it is, just like my friend that day.
Clairsentience is not just being emotional or sensitive. It is one of the ways intuitive information can come through. Clairsentience is when Spirit communicates to you through physical sensations in the body like tingling, chills, a drop in the stomach, or a heart-opening feeling.
The challenge is that we live in a society that teaches us to dismiss, rationalize, or disconnect from many of these experiences instead of becoming curious about them.
Part of intuitive development is learning how your intuition uniquely communicates with you and beginning to recognize those experiences in real time.
If you are curious about strengthening your intuition and understanding how it uniquely communicates with you, send me a DM to learn more about my 1:1 Intuitive Development Mentorship.
Years ago, my family was heading to the beach when I suddenly had a feeling that I needed to pack a first aid kit. I started to talk myself out of it...”we’ve never taken a first aid kit to the beach before, that’s silly, I don’t need a first aid kit.”
I finally decided to trust it and throw one in the car.
Later that day, on the walk back from the beach, my husband badly gashed his leg and there was a lot of blood. We immediately needed the kit.
That moment stayed with me for a long time, because it was one of the first times I fully realized how my intuition speaks to me through claircognizance, a clear inner knowing that often arrives before the mind can explain it.
The interesting thing about intuition is that it usually doesn’t come in dramatic moments. It often feels simple, quiet, and easy to dismiss.
And the more you learn to recognize how your intuition uniquely communicates with you, the more natural it becomes to trust yourself.
This is a big part of the work I do through intuitive energetic healing and Light Leader Kundalini™. Helping women strengthen the connection they have with themselves and their intuition in everyday life.

So much of what I see in the women I work with is not a lack of intuition.
It’s a history of learning to override themselves.
To stay agreeable. To keep the peace. To be the one who holds things together.
And over time, that creates a pattern where their own knowing starts to feel harder to trust.
Not because it isn’t there.
But because it has been practiced out of the body.
This is especially common in midlife, when life starts to shift and there is finally more space to hear yourself again.
And what often comes up in that space is not confusion about intuition itself, but uncertainty about whether it is safe to trust what they feel.
This is the work I do.
Through intuitive energetic healing and Light Leader Kundalini™, we work with the patterns held in the body that interrupt that connection, so intuition can become something steady, clear, and usable in everyday life.
If this feels familiar, my 1:1 mentorship is currently open to three clients who are ready to go deeper with this work.
