Vicky's Pet Connection

Somebody has something extra to be thankful for today! Most memorable Thanksgiving ever for this nice couple.

The Phoenix is a legendary bird known for its ability to live hundreds of years before dying in a burst of flames only to be reborn from the ashes. We think that's a pretty good name for this little pumpkin who was saved from sure death after being found unconscious, cold, dehydrated and starving. "Phoenix" seems to know he cheated death and lives every day with sheer exhuberance! We couldn't be happier to report has been adopted by one of our own Vicky's Pet Connection/Critter Cottage volunteers where he will be utterly spoiled. He's joining two feline brothers--Toby (VPC alumni) and Merlin -and will be a bright little light for his new mom.

Wait, what? Mom is explaining to Pitch that his new roommate is going to be a chinchilla. He was confused but very excited.

Omar is looking forward to meeting Cypress, his soon to be older kitty sister. She needs a little boost in the confidence department and he is just the fella to do it!

Addie and Archie have been enjoying their new home for over a week now. That's just about enough time to win over their new parents enough that they can get away with a lot of naughtiness! You have to love kittens don't you?

Onion will be sharing his new home with a a 10 year old dog and 3 college kids who come home for vacation.

Okra heading home to meet a new companion cat and a salamander named Maru.

Little Miss Buffy is moving all the way over to Port Huron MI. Lots of grandkids are awaiting her arrival.

Daytona will be bunking in with another cat and 3 very happy children.

Oasis and Odin are heading home to live their BEST LIFE!

Omega will be joining a 7 month old kitten and 4 adult humans. She has a full life ahead of her.
