🥳Some days you have to toot your own horn! Just finished a very tough 7am heavy weight class at Pure Barre. Even though I was tired, I pushed hard and now I feel great - proud that I was able to accomplish this challenge so early in the day! As you all know, I love fashion - and to be able to wear all of the styles I love at 51 years old, I need to work out consistently - and weight training is key to a healthy, strong physique. As we get older, we lose muscle mass and are prone to injury - weight training counters this. Ladies, It’s never too late to look and feel your best! I can honestly say, I’ve never been stronger. I am having the time of my life - you can too! And I’ll help you find something fabulous to wear while you are crushing your fitness goals! 💪🏻

Had a wonderful visit with dear friends last week! These ladies are the cutest 3 generation family and we love them all! They come all the way from the east side of the state to visit me and shop Runway Angels. We always go to Nonna’s for lunch afterwards! Best day ever!🥰
