Today's Focus: Enduring

Aren’t you glad Jesus endured the cross? Though He despised the shame, He endured. Without love, He couldn’t do that, but a genuine love is a love that endures. In order to endure, you must see the end. Jesus endured for the joy that was ahead of Him. He knew if He endured the cross, He would sow a seed one time and reap a harvest forever.

So, as you tread through turbulent seasons, patiently endure. Patiently endure with every person God placed in your life. He will supply the grace you need to love. Only let Him in. Let Him move. Let Him have His way. He will talk to you and teach you, so you can endure until the end. And you will have sown a seed that will produce something good. Trust Him.

“Lord, help me to endure everything in Your will for my life. Pour Your love in me.”
