At our transition home Casa Esperanza, boys like Erick learn life skills such as cooking—simple, everyday habits that help them grow in independence and confidence.

These small moments are part of a bigger journey of learning to take care of themselves. 🌿

Our kids got to experience fanesca—Ecuador’s traditional Holy Week soup made with grains and cod, rich in history and meaning 💛

It’s usually shared around the table with family. For many of our kids, that family right now is their caregivers and R17 mentors—people who love and support them daily. 🌿

Because of you, they get to experience traditions, create memories, and feel deeply loved.

✨ Mia recently completed her internship with us through a partnership with Youth World. What she left here was so much more than just her time.

With a heart ready to serve, she taught, supported, and loved each child in a way that left a lasting impact—on their lives and on ours. 💛

Stories like Mia’s remind us that when you say “yes” to serving, God does far more than you could ever imagine.

✨ José is the newest member of Casa Esperanza, and we’re so excited to welcome him. Being able to support more young men beyond the age of 18 is only possible because of you—together, we’re creating new beginnings. 💛

To welcome him, we celebrated his birthday. Moments like this remind him that he is seen, valued, and not alone.
