We are taking orders till the third week of April for yurts ready in May 2024.

We are looking for new sources of saplings. If you know someone with hundreds of 3" hardwoods, we pay well for them. Details at twogirlsfarm.org/saplings

We have built almost five hundred yurts for northern-New England. Most are still lived in full time. That is our focus, and what we are best at. In total they have stood up to almost 2,500 over-winterings. We handcraft our yurts right here in Acworth, NH, using un-milled round wood saplings for the rafters and split-lattice walls. Our materials are sustainably harvested from local coppiced hardwood forests, and we power all our tools by the sun. We have lived in our yurts through the New England winters for a very long time, and have developed knowledge about materials and systems that work well for wet and cold weather.
