Yemeni coffee is truly special. This past year, Jenny sourced four incredible lots from Yemen for our Limited Roast program, including Yahya Al-Ofairi.
The farm’s coffee is produced on terraces at high elevation using traditional methods dating back hundreds of years.
The cup opens with floral aromatics followed by bright raspberry, apricot, and honey. Next, taste hints of clove, molasses, and blackberry. Finally, enjoy a sweet and lingering finish of gentle spices.

We know we know, Mamuto is sold out😢 we’re sad about it too. The good news is it’s returning next month! After shipping delays due to fuel issues, the December 2025 harvest will finally arrive and all will be right again. Sign up for our email to be the first to learn when it’s available.
In the meantime, look back at earlier this year when we cupped the samples. Spoiler, we loved it🤩
