When we closed in late September Howard and Ann retired and. Will no longer be selling peaches at Foxes Ridge Farm.

This weekend Sept 10 and 11, we have our very late varieties of sweet yellow freestone peaches....Messina and PF 28 ! These our very latest varieties and mark the end of the peach season

Peaches are $3.00 a pound, pick your own and hours this weekend are 9:00 to 4:00.

We are located at 776 Foxes Ridge Road in Acton, Maine.

We are sorry to announce that this will be the last peach picking here at Foxes Ridge Farm . It is time for us to retire after 35 years of growing peaches., here and in New Hampshire. We want to thank everyone for helping us to make a success of growing ,what we consider, the best peaches in Maine.

Picking this Fri,Sat,and Sunday....White Lady, SunHigh, Ernie’s Choice

August 20,21,22. Because of the predicted possible rain this weekend, we will extend our picking hours to include Friday, 9-4. This week we have some of the best freestone peaches of the year including SunHigh(my favorite) , White Lady, and Ernie’s Choice at $2.50 per pound.

Hours this week are 9-4 Friday,Saturday and Sunday.

We are hoping that Hurricane Henri takes a course away from our area!

Weekend of August 14 and 16
This is the beginning of the great freestone,larger peaches!

We will have Howard’s favorite, PF 15 , as well as Starfire all ripe and ready to eat at $2.50 a pound, containers provided. These trees are loaded with great peaches! We also have some Shiro and Queen Rosa plums that we have picked at $5 a quart box from some very young trees.

From here on well into September we will have new varieties each weekend and sometimes on Wednesday as the season progresses. The peach crop is looking fantastic!
