You find the most interesting things bush hogging. Uncle Toby spied this last week while getting things ready for winter. The mascot jeep has a new hood ornament and somewhere there is a disappointed hunter...

All About Us
This journey started in pursuit of good, clean food for ourselves and our children. We care about our health and yours. The best way to ensure that you are eating good food is to know your farmer. We decided to become our own farmers and share what we raise with others. We three brothers and families bought a farm to provide local, natural food.
We are committed to providing the best to our customers. Our animals are raised with the utmost care on pasture and in the forest. They are moved to fresh pasture and forest regularly. Other than a small fence to protect them from predators, they are free to roam. They love to eat what the land provides for them. The pigs go crazy for hickory nuts and acorns. It is the way they are supposed to live.
We use no synthetic chemicals and no antibiotics unless an animalβs life is in danger. If an animal does need antibiotics, it will not be available for sale. Knock on wood, we have never used an antibiotic on any of our animals.
We also have an apple orchard of heirloom trees. We make hard cider as another business on the farm. Highlander CiderWorks will be up and running soon.
