This week, Revolution Data Systems is proud to be in Pennsylvania connecting with Recorders from across the Commonwealth at the PRODA Conference.

As America prepares to celebrate its 250th anniversary, there is no better place to reflect on our nation's beginnings than Pennsylvania—the birthplace of American independence and home to the records that document the founding of our nation.

From historic deeds and land records to the documents that tell the story of local communities, Recorders play a vital role in preserving the history that shaped our country.

We're honored to spend time with Pennsylvania's Recorders, learning about their offices and sharing how preservation, digitization, and records access solutions can help protect these invaluable records for future generations.

Protect the Record. Preserve the History.

Looking good, Tennessee!

Chris Forstall enjoyed catching up with Sherry Anderson of Williamson County, Cruz Riley of Hamilton County, and retired Register Lily Barnes of Hardeman County at the Tennessee Registers Spring Conference and we love seeing them representing RDS in their conference swag!

We appreciate the opportunity to connect with the dedicated public servants who work every day to protect and preserve Tennessee's records and history. Thank you for stopping by and spending time with us!

We're excited for a great week in Tennessee!

PART 3 OF 3 | THEIR STORIES WILL NOT BE LOST

Recorded in Lancaster County in January 1865.
Preserved for future generations in 2025.

These Civil War military discharge records document the service of soldiers who fought in some of the most significant battles of the Civil War, including Gettysburg, Second Bull Run, Petersburg, Rappahannock Station, and many others handwritten into the margins by the Recorder more than 160 years ago.

Today, thanks to the commitment of the Lancaster County Recorder of Deeds, these historical Army discharge records have been archivally preserved and protected for the future.

This Memorial Day, we remember the sacrifice, courage, and service behind every page.

Because behind every record is a story.
And behind every story is a hero.

Protect the record. Preserve the history.
