This is a Haas VF3 that is being moved to our shop for a rebuild. Besides giving this machine a good cleaning we are replacing all of the ballscrews, roller guides and thrust bearings. We are also upgrading the roller switch used for zero return to a MechTech Custom proximity switch setup.

I Completed the Spindle Rebuild on this Doosan Lathe and broke it in to 4500rpm with a very low vibration reading.

This is a Doosan CNC lathe spindle that I am rebuilding for one of my customers. At this point in the process I am fitting the front Double Row Roller Bearing. Say that 3 times fast.

A recent Hwacheon lathe install

This is a CNC router we repaired recently. It cuts counter tops.

The waylube pump would not run. I was able to trace the problem to this relay on the circuit board and replaced the relay saving the customer big$

This Matsuura rear slide cover was twisted up we straightened it out without replacing any parts

I enjoy electrical troubleshooting the most.
