My phone has been going crazy so I figured I better put this out. Please read the full article about SD deregulating the silencers before assuming you know. The bill still states that all FEDERAL regulations have to be followed and residents still have to apply for the $0 tax stamp. Which means there is absolutely ZERO change to the process for SD residents until they are removed at the federal level.
