Now Hiring – Lawn Care & Small Landscape Projects

Turf Ninjas LLC is looking to add another team member for the season.

We’re looking for someone who can work 20–40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime when we have enough work available.

Main schedule would be:

Monday & Tuesday: Small landscape projects
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off properties
Optional Saturdays: Extra hours may be available for project work when needed

Starting pay is $18/hour, with room to grow based on reliability, work ethic, and efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who:

Shows up on time
Has a valid driver’s license
Has reliable transportation to and from our shop/job meet-up location
Can work outside in different weather conditions
Takes pride in doing clean, detailed work
Can follow directions and work well with a crew
Has lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady seasonal work, room to grow, and the chance to earn more hours as the workload increases.

Company agreement letters for the 2026 season have been sent out today! Make sure you send them back asap! Also the stack is starting to get really big! We might have to just start emailing them!

Possible large snow event this weekend. Be aware! Range from 6 - 12 inches. Reach out if you need service before the snow hits we have limited availability. Remember this snow won’t melt fast and will be around for a few days because of the low temperatures! ❄️

Turf Ninjas, LLC is expanding and now offering pet waste removal services! This is a great way to keep your yard fresh and odor-free while also allowing us to keep our hardworking landscaping crew employed during the off-season. We’re excited to grow in this space and are offering cleanups starting as low as $15 per visit. Most of our current clients are located in Bel Air and Abingdon, and we’re actively looking to expand in those areas. We make sign-up easy with no contracts and simple monthly invoicing, so you can start or stop service anytime without the hassle.

No contract service, all tools are disinfected between properties, and we provide gate photo proof after each visit so you know your gate is securely closed giving you total peace of mind. Snow removal on December 14th was a success! No issues to report, and our truck handled the conditions perfectly thanks to proper snow tires and preparation. 2025–2026 Snow Removal Rates:
Aberdeen & Abingdon: $60 per driveway + sidewalks
Edgewood, Joppa & Bel Air: $70 per driveway + sidewalks
Havre de Grace: $80 per driveway + sidewalks

Parking lot plow rate 0.02 per square foot
