The election is tomorrow but the fight for Medicaid expansion is already upon us. The Governor's office will tell us it is budget neutral but we all know that will only be true as long as the inevitably bankrupt federal government keeps its promises. Different health care groups will sob story us and the legislature possibly swinging some votes. The fact remains the federal government is already supposed to be covering the people state administered Medicaid would be expanded to. Secure promises not to expand Medicaid from your candidates now! Tomorrow! And the next day!
