This year our building turned 113! She was in desperate need of some self care so we redid the tuck pointing on the upper 3 feet Sunday. She will be marked safe from dropping any bricks for another couple decades.

Big trouble with some HP firmware updates. We always recommend to turn firmware updates OFF and only do them if you're experiencing an actual issue.
Firmware update bricks HP printers, makes them unable to use HP cartridges HP already has a reputation for breaking printers with updates.
