Grilled chicken.
You need chicken, tomatoes,onions,oil,carrots,greenpeeper,garlic,ginger,salt and any other ingredient of your choice.
Additions Irish potatoes and cabbage
Cut the chicken in pieces and place on the baking pan, grate the vegetables and mix with the chicken plus salt and oil. Top it up with Irish potatoes and the cabbage.
Put medium heat for the oven and place the tray/pan with your chicken for an hour or so depending on the type of chicken you are preparing.
Keep checking and turning the chicken to avoid getting burnt.
