Paul Mulumba, Senior Health Inspector at Katabi Town Council, emphasized the interconnectedness of development programs and health during his remarks. He highlighted that Kasenyi Landing Site struggles with rubbish management, an issue that requires community responsibility. Mulumba urged residents to know their HIV/AIDS status and take health precautions. He also noted that the Town Council's health department has ensured the condom distribution point is stocked, promoting safe practices.
