PASUganda believes that access to justice is one of the drivers of social economic development. Let us rethink our reintegration strategies and harness the energy needed for this development.
Some of the cases benefiting from the exercise running in Masaka this week include;
1- Aggravated defilement, sentences ranging 7-12 yrs depending on victims age & health status of accused.
2- Murder sentences B'tn 13-15 yrs,(with some reduced to attempted murder)
3- Aggravated Robbery 8-12 yrs
4- R**e 7 yrs. All the above with consideration of remand period.
