Last week our 2 Cohort of Hoima started their exams and we are so amazed by how much they’ve learned in a period of 6months.
We are all excited to celebrate this achievement with them during their upcoming graduation. As they work towards using their skills to improve their lives , have financial growth and be able to take care of their children hence reduce the increase of children on the streets of Uganda.
We therefore thank all who have made this happen through your physical, social, financial, spiritual and emotional support. Thanks to our program Sponsors , partners , volunteers and all well wishers your input has been significant in ways you can not imagine.

This was such a great moment , hosting the amazing ladies from Agromax and having our women explain their works and achievements. This was such a beautiful day and we are looking forward to the amazing things that are yet to happen through this visit of our Hoima center.

Education is the best gift a child can have, and because of this, children deserve equal access to education across the divide. A number of children in the rural areas of Uganda especially those from low-income families still suffer from limited resources and tools to support their education which hinders their learning, interactions, growth and perfomance at school.
Its with background that Streetlights Uganda under the and Bag Yange Project are launching a campaign themed . The aim of the campaign is to make 200 bags to be distributed to children at Buseruka Primary School in Hoima District at the start of 2023 to help them carry and protect their school items in one place but also feel proud to own a school bag.
The bags are to be tailored by the Ntunga Women out of recycled Old jeans we are collecting from all well wishers. We call upon all of you to donate an Old pair of denim (jeans) to support the production of these bags. Reach out to the numbers on posters for the collection of Jeans.
