Capacity can change, wounds shift, circumstances soften or harden someone.
This calls us to expand our capacity as parents to show all our kids that they are worthy of love.

Whether you were abandoned by a parent or a spouse, it does not register in the mind as an event -something that happened then. It becomes how you unconsciously see and interprete life now.

One of the things we are passionate about at Glorified Learning is parenting.
As a capacity building company, one of the things we believe causes us to live and perform below our capacity is rooted in how we were raised.

We cannot anything about the past.
But we can surely make certain that the next generations have a stronger foundation. This is not to mean we were all raised on weak foundations, I mean - we turnout okay... okay-ish...but there is always room to do better, our children are dealing with and will deal with challenges we never dreamt of!

So for the next few days, we are going to talk about "helping wounded parents raise healthy children".

Many parents carry unseen wounds - trauma, neglect, loss, unmet needs...to mention but a few....

I personally believe that one of the best things you can do for your child is work on you, so let's start our journey together.
