ACODEV empowers individuals, families, and communities in East Africa to challenge social evils and access services that improve their quality of life while leading to the sustainable development of their communities. ACODEV seeks to realize this vision by empowering individuals, families, and communities to take responsibility for their own development and enact positive, lasting change. We will be known globally as an organization that affirms the dignity and potential of all persons in realizing their full capacity as citizens. ACODEV is a Non-Governmental Organization registered with the Ugandan Ministry of Internal Affairs under the National NGO Board.
