Dear Olivia Lutaaya,

We acknowledge the immense pressure you and your family are under due to your involvement in the struggle for change. The regime's tactics of intimidation and detention are attempts to weaken your resolve. However, we know you are a strong and resilient woman who will not be swayed.

Stand firm in the face of adversity, sister. Your courage inspires many, and we're with you every step of the way. Together, we'll overcome these challenges and build a new Uganda where justice, freedom, and equality thrive.

The proverb "the one who is about to die scratches the a**s of the leopard" resonates deeply in these trying times. For 40 years, Ugandans have endured immense suffering. The constitution has been repeatedly violated, and leaders have declared themselves supreme, taxing citizens excessively without providing basic services in return. This has led to a sense of oppression, with many feeling like slaves in their own country.

The misuse of security forces, paid for by taxpayers, to brutalize citizens instead of protecting them is particularly egregious. It's clear that fear is driving the current actions, but addressing the issues driving discontent is crucial. If the current path continues, the consequences could be catastrophic. Uganda stands at a crossroads, and promoting peace, unity, democracy, and development is the way forward.

In the face of oppression, it's clear that brutal acts are often the desperate attempts of those in power to clain control. However, when a nation comes together with a unified voice and a shared goal, the power dynamic shifts. We can create real change and bring an end to these injustices by standing together and demanding accountability through peaceful and lawful means.

It's crucial that we remain steadfast in our commitment to non-violence and respect for the law, even when faced with provocation. The regime may try to confront us, but our strength lies in our unity and determination. We must stand strong and support one another, particularly those who have been unjustly arrested and silenced.

To our brave brothers and sisters who are currently being held, know that you are not alone. We stand with you, and we will continue to advocate for your release and your rights. The regime may try to demoralize us, but we will not be intimidated. We will rise above the noise and create a brighter future for ourselves and for generations to come.

Together, we can achieve a brighter future where the rule of law is respected, and human rights are protected.

What if National Unity Platform wins the forthcoming election and the EC doesn't declare their presidential candidate: Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi Bobi Wine as Uganda's newly elected president.

What's going to happen next?

Ugandans, Stay Alert đź””
A disturbing incident occurred today when an Uganda Police patrol vehicle (reg. no. UP 5497) attempted to harm Bobi Wine's car while presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi was en route to his first rally of the day in Mayuge.

Let’s condemn any form of violence and urge fellow citizens to remain vigilant.

Today in Buwenge, Jinja District, NUP launched its manifesto, whose theme is “A New Uganda Now.”

NUP’s leadership says this manifesto is not just a critique of failure; it is a
roadmap to reclaim our future. They further that they’re ready and committed to
delivering a Uganda that works for everyone, not just a privileged few.

Take a look at their “First Eleven” Policy Priorities (2026 and beyond):

1. Restore freedom, constitutionalism, and human
rights (including gender equity).

2. End corruption and wasteful government
expenditure.

3. Consolidate national unity, rebuild war-torn
communities, and eliminate sectarianism.

4. Guarantee equal access to quality public
services—clean water, healthcare, education,
energy, and public infrastructure.

5. Create 10 million new jobs by 2032, on account
of lowering the cost of doing business, as well as
leveraging tourism, manufacturing, sports, and
the creative economy.

6. Establish a public-school feeding program to enhance education outcomes, support a
heathy population, transform agriculture, and ensure food security.

7. Stop land grabbing and guarantee secure land
rights for all.

8. Empower regional and local governance
through real devolution.

9. Position the diaspora as a strategic asset,
and strengthen foreign policy for Uganda’s
development and global competitiveness.

10. Ensure sustainable management of natural
resources and climate resilience [including
Climate Change detection, adaptation and
mitigation].

11. Transform Uganda into a tech-driven economy,
through leveraging technology resources and
innovation.

We know the drill - election rigging, manipulation, and silencing dissent. But we're not backing down. Our participation in this farce will serve as a testament to your lack of support from the people.

We're united against your regime, tired of the cronyism and corruption that plagues our nation. We demand a government that truly represents the people, not just your inner circle. We want constitutional governance, not dictatorship.

You may try to silence us through arrests and violence, but you can't crush the entire population. We'll keep resisting, and in 2026, we'll send a loud message to the world: we're not free in our own country.

Our leaders weren't chosen by us, but we'll choose our own destiny. The day will come when our struggles will turn to triumph, and our tears will become laughter. The people will rise, and justice will be served.

You think you're clever, don't you? Playing with words and pretending to be wise. But let me tell you, your fate is already sealed.

Enjoy your temporary high, smoke your w**d, and eat your grass. It's only a matter of time before you're discarded like the others.
