Job description

1. Recruit new clients and train them on savings and credit products offered by Kray Microfinance

2. Process loan applications and maintain a healthy loan portfolio

3. Help customers sign up on target savings products in line with their income and financial targets

4. Recover loan repayment instalments from clients.

5. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

6. Establish good customer service in areas of operation.

7. Maintain an increased quality client base.

Roles and responsibilities
1. Facilitate the identification and formation of local VSLA groups among beneficiaries.
2. Identify technical capacity and challenges for beneficiaries, skills and knowledge they have in income generation, livelihood activities, and VSLA and business activities.
3. Identify and train volunteer Business Facilitators at community level to teach and mentor business learners.
4. Facilitate establishment of village saving and loan groups among beneficiaries.
5. Train beneficiaries on VSLA methodology, including group governance and leadership, rapid appraisal of income generating activities.
6. Oversee and monitor the VSLA groups on social contributions, borrowing and repayment of loans to ensure proper documentation
7. Assist in solving any conflicts within VSLA group members.
8. Ensure the App technology is used correctly for all operations.
9. Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
10. Submit proposals to potential donors and partners for the growth and expansion of the inclusion projects
