SPECIAL: The Forager’s Risotto
A creamy arborio creation featuring tender chicken breast infused with our house-made anthill 🐜 mushroom 🍄 marinade. This dish offers a deep, earthy depth reminiscent of wild truffles, complemented by fresh wilted spinach and finished with parmesan & toasted walnuts for a delicate, nutty crunch. Served with crisp garlic bread and a vibrant herb side salad.

Bourbon-Cream Steak Fillets.
One of our current specials.
Eye fillets, garlic-rubbed and pan-seared in butter. Crowned with charred tricolor peppers and onion (marinated in oregano and paprika), finished with a bourbon flambé cream sauce.
Served with a fresh spinach & potato mash and a refreshing rocket, basil, and olive salad tossed in a Caesar-style dressing, finished with grated parmesan.
Recommend you pair with a glass of dry red, and a side of crispy golden onion rings.
