When sunshine reaches a village, transformation begins.
Bukomolo Village is witnessing something historic — a proper road for the very first time. What started as a dream through the establish
ment of our clinic has slowly become a source of hope and development for the entire community. Now, praying for electricity grid!

We haven't talked much of our various projects in Bukomolo community. But, this week we ask ourselves:
1. How can services reach a people who are not even known?
2. How can systems work for communities that are invisible on the map?
Every child carries a story, and when those stories come together, they shape a shared reality.
Hard Truth
In the video is one of the women from Bukomolo village learning sewing skills at the GWI Vocational Center. What truly touches is that she can now save money from what she earns.
We are deeply grateful to Operation Beautiful Feet for supporting and uplifting these women and giving them a chance to stand on their own.

Building with what is in our hands. It’s a house made from corn cobs! Kids in Bukomolo are sending their LOVE to all partners & friends of GWI's activities in Bukomolo community.
This Christmas, village women came together to create a mini supermarket.
Through GWI Vocational skills project, they are stepping out of the sandbox to create their beauty by their hands.
Kudos to Operation Beautiful Feet (USA) for giving these women a chance—to believe in themselves, to create and to walk confidently into a new season of independence and purpose.
Skills rooted in daily life, culture and community problem-solving. Those same skills continue to shape the way GWI CEO leads!
