We can comfortably say the World is a global village.
When a Uganda Organization joins an organization in Sierra Leone to promote health; what else can that be?
ARH- USA formed an alliance with Action for Human to support a community around Freetown . Below is an evidence of the good services done in the communities . Keep it up. for Humanity.

2. Early Childhood Mental Health Awareness Month: This month highlights the importance of early childhood emotional and social development and the role of caregivers in fostering mental well-being in infants and preschoolers.

Other mental health-related observances in November:

3. International Stress Awareness Day: The first Wednesday of November is dedicated to recognizing the impact of stress on health and promoting stress management techniques.

As we commemorate Breast cancer awareness month, we would like to remind women to go for a mammogram exam. We would also like to encourage them to do breast exam and seek for help if there are changes not understood .
Breast cancer is not limited to women alone. Some men get it and it is more fatal than in women, since there is no large muscle to attach to.

N.B the breast exam guide is adopted from BreastCancer.org.
Visit breastcancer.org for more information.
