The Rising Stars-Mentoring Program

The Rising Stars Mentoring Program focuses on both systematic as well as personal root-causes.

The idea is to start a two year program focusing on girls in schools, universities, recent graduates in employment or in business. The aim is to enhance women's potential to excel in life and work through proper career planning to assist them in making a positive transition from school into work and adulthood. It will address the major challenges that impede women from living up to their full potential.
