The Gaps between competent and incompetent human resources and institutions are so wide and continue to increase. CDC builds human and institutional capacity of local population. CDC will continue to empower local government structures, civic society and private sector institutions in South Sudan, Uganda and Kenya. CDC supports capacity development through standardizing institutional policies of the local NGOs, strengthening the capacity of the not for profits board members and their roles in fundraise, technical support, knowledge generation and sharing to individuals, staff of NGOs and Companies.
