I convinced myself that replacing a screen at your shops would offer me some form of assurances - joke is on me.
After paying more money than I ever thought I would ever pay for a screen and guard, I realise there is actually no guard on the expensive screen I paid for less than a month ago. Then you convince me that the liquid guard you put is invisible to the naked eye and it is not 100% effective( Information I could have used in the beginning).
To add salt to injury, after concluding that there is nothing you can do for me coz I don't have more money , u switch off your phones without letting me know how I can get my phone back.
I was naive and I shouldn't blame ignorance for trusting that you were different. I just hope someone can make more informed choices that might save them money we all need during this time.
