Today is a happy day in my life. It’s my daughter’s birthday and my heart is overflowing with joy.
All thanks and adorations to you, Lord. Thank you for keeping my baby sate all these years. Thank you for the guidance you provide for her. Thank you for always being with her.
I pray that you will continue to be with her all the days of her life. Be her light, when the world turns dark. Be her shield, when evil comes her way. Be her comforter, when she’s sad. Be her friend, when she’s in need. Be her teacher, when she feels lost.
Sustain her by your grace. Fill her with love and happiness. Grant her strength and courage, and let her live all her days looking up to you, no matter what.
