We visited Urban Greens to learn how urban agriculture is transforming access to healthy, sustainably grown food. Together, we explored shared values of sustainability, food justice, and empowering local communities.

Glad to have been here at the 1st ever Ava Summit Africa in Nairobi. Being here at the AVA Summit is inspiring, it’s amazing to connect with advocates who believe, like I do, that animals matter and deserve rights and dignity. What moves me most is seeing how our work fits into a global shift toward compassion and justice.

Africa’s voice is essential in this movement, and I’m here to represent it because real change starts when we include every being in our vision of a better world.
