Last week, we had the privilege of supporting our client, Yara East Africa – Uganda, during a pivotal training session held at Eureka Hotel, Kampala. This session was aimed at enhancing the expertise of government fertilizer inspectors from Uganda’s Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries (MAAIF).

As part of Yara's commitment to transforming the agricultural landscape toward a climate-neutral, regenerative, and prosperous food system, the training provided officials with an in-depth understanding of Yara’s regenerative agriculture solutions. The goal? To empower them to uphold quality standards and combat counterfeit fertilizers in Uganda's agricultural inputs market.
Through training that covered regulatory insights, farmer protection, and sustainable practices, this initiative supports the resilience of Uganda's food system and echoes Yara’s dedication to fostering partnerships for a nature-positive resource-conscious future.
