CARE AND EMPOWERMENT OF THE VULNERABLE IN AFRICA – CAEVA is a nonprofit organization based in Jinja District, Uganda. Our broad focus is to build capacity of vulnerable individuals; particularly children orphaned by HIV/AIDS, youth, women and the disabled. We also provide humanitarian assistance to the elderly and other extremely needy people whenever possible. Many persons in the area of implementation are diseased, poor and ignorant.
