It was Great one of our members to visit one of our Deaf child from Busia. The Deaf child dropped out off school at p3 because there is no teacher to teach him using sign language United Nations Regional Service Centre Entebbe Busia District Local Government ChildFund Zambia Any one who can assist us to take him to school we appreciate your support to enable him attain education from the Deaf school.

Welcome to the Busia Local Association of the Deaf, where our community thrives, communicates, and supports one another with empathy and understanding. Our association is a vibrant hub for the deaf community in Busia, dedicated to promoting inclusivity, empowerment, and advocacy for the rights of Deaf individuals.
Mission Statement: Our mission is to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for the deaf community in Busia, where individuals can express themselves freely, access resources, and participate fully in all aspects of society without barriers.
Vision: We envision a society in Busia where Deaf individuals are fully integrated, valued, and empowered to achieve their highest potential in all areas of life.
