Cooking method:
Mix flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Beat softened margarine or butter with sugar and add to the flour mixture. Pour in kefir and knead the dough.
Cover the form with paper and pour the dough. Bake in the oven at 160-170 ºС for about an hour. Readiness to check with a toothpick. Cool the finished cake and cut into three parts.
