Team building is always a good reminder that work is not only about tasks and deadlines. It’s also about the people you work with every day.

Spending time together outside the office helps teams communicate better, relax a bit, and just enjoy the moment. Sometimes, a simple conversation during a team event can improve collaboration more than any other meeting ever could.

Good atmosphere = better teamwork 🙌

Everyone’s path into IT looks different. Some people start by studying computer science, others switch careers completely, and many simply begin by being curious about how technology works💻

We asked our Vectorees, and here are their answers👉

Vectorees, what an incredible adventure it was to the highest peak of the Lviv region — Mount Pikuy!

We hiked through ancient forests, surrounded by breathtaking mountain landscapes every step of the way. The route proved to be as beautiful as promised, offering stunning panoramas and unforgettable views.

Located on the border of the Lviv and Zakarpattia regions, this trail gave us a unique opportunity to experience some of the most picturesque scenery in Ukraine 🏔️

Thank you to everyone who joined the hike and made this journey so memorable. Until the next adventure!

Today we celebrate one of the most recognizable symbols of Ukrainian culture - Vyshyvanka Day!

It’s more than just traditional clothing. It’s history, identity, and a connection between generations, stitched into every pattern.

Even in a modern IT world, where everything moves fast and global, days like this remind us where we come from and what we carry with us.
Happy Vyshyvanka Day 🤍

This is one of those statements that sounds scary at first, but in practice, it doesn’t really hold up.

Yes, AI can write code. It can generate functions, suggest fixes, and even build small apps from a prompt. But real software work is rarely just “writing code”✏️

A big part of a developer’s job is understanding what actually needs to be built, asking the right questions, making trade-offs, and fitting everything into an existing system.

🔎AI helps with speed. It reduces time spent on repetitive tasks and gives quick starting points. But it still needs someone to guide it, check the results, and make sure it all makes sense in the bigger picture.

Good developers are becoming faster and more efficient. They’re spending less time on routine tasks and more time on thinking, architecture, and problem-solving.
So instead of replacing developers, AI is changing what “being a good developer” looks like.
And right now, it looks like this: knowing how to work with AI, not against it.

🗣️Communication skills matter more than most people think.

You can be great at writing code, designing systems, or solving problems — but if you can’t explain your ideas, collaborate with others, or ask the right questions, things get stuck fast.

In real projects, communication is part of the work:
📌Understanding what’s actually needed
📌Clarifying unclear requirements
📌Giving updates before problems grow
📌Discussing trade-offs, not just

Good communication saves time. Bad communication creates rework. And in IT teams (especially remote ones)it often matters as much as technical skills. Because in real projects, one unclear message can slow down the whole team. One well-structured update can prevent hours of confusion.

Thinking about getting into coding but not sure where to start?

Most beginners get stuck before they even write their first line of code - too many languages, too many tutorials, too much information.

The truth is: starting is much simpler than it looks.

Here’s a practical way to begin 👇
✅Pick one language
Don’t try to learn everything. Start with something simple like Python or JavaScript.
✅Set a small goal
Not “become a developer” — build something basic: a calculator, a to-do app, anything.
✅Learn by doing
Watch less, code more. Even if it’s messy.
✅Google everything and ask AI agents
Everyone does it. Knowing how to find answers is part of the job.
✅Break things
Errors are normal. Fixing them is where learning actually happens.
✅Be consistent
1 hour a day is better than 10 hours once a week.

You don’t need perfect courses or expensive programs to start. You just need to start.

Why do people choose the IT sphere?
Not just for the salary (even though it helps).

A few real reasons in the post 🔝
At the same time, it’s not for everyone.
You have to keep studying, stay focused, and deal with uncertainty.
But if you like solving problems and seeing results of your work, it’s a pretty good place to be.

❓So, what made you choose IT?
