NGO “Devam” was established in September 2016 by young Crimean Tatars, who currently reside in Kyiv. Its aim is to contribute to the sustainable development of Crimean Tatars, based on the democratic values recognized by international law, by creating safe, professional and
an intellectual environment for Crimean Tatar youth living either in exile or under occupation.
