Ten boxes going out this week.

Each one has a bag inside built for a specific shooter — their model, their ear height, their colour, their fill spec. We placed one on top for the photo. Then it went back in the box with the rest.

This is what moving through the queue looks like. We don't announce batch runs or limited releases. We build, pack, and ship — in order, at the same quality every time, to wherever in the world the order came from.

Fifteen bags on the table this week.

Each one has an order number, a name, and a specification attached before it goes in the box. Different ear heights, different fills, a few in colour combinations we don't see in every run. Every single one built the same way, by the same hands, to the same standard.

We don't run production lines here. When the workshop looks like this, it means the queue is full and we're working through it. That's the version of a good problem we'll take every time.

What's on the bench at your range right now?

Red leather over a laminated wood base. That's the whole visual.

You can see the individual wood layers from every angle — the base is cut and shaped by hand, not moulded. Full red leather body, dual ears, the DimaRS emboss pressed into the rear panel. A level disc sits at the front of the base. Everything you see is leather, wood, and stitching.

The stripe isn't decoration. It's structure.

Four species, pressed and glued under load, then machined as a single block. Curly Maple carries the outer layers — tight wave figure that opens up under oil. Padauk runs through the centre in orange-red, which deepens to dark brick after finishing. Wenge locks the contrast with near-black grain. Maple ties the centre together.

Every layer runs the full length. Every cut reveals all four. This is how laminate works — not pattern, but composition.

Curly Maple outer or Wenge outer — which would you choose?

They're all leaving the workshop this week.

Five rear bags. Five colour choices. One geometry — flat bottom, adjustable ears, built-in bubble level, suede base that grips the mat.

The ears are what most people ask about. They're not fixed — height adjusts, which means the same bag works behind a lighter load and a heavier one without repositioning your hand. The level vial sits where you can see it without lifting your head.

Which colour is already on your mat?

One wood. That's the whole story.

Competition rifle shooting runs on decisions — action, barrel, scope, position. The stock is the last one most people make and the one that has to work with all the others. This is walnut: European hardwood, straight grain, warm finish, competition geometry. No resin, no laminate, no mixed species. Just the wood.

The grain pattern in this blank doesn't appear in the next one. That's not marketing — that's how timber works.
