We've been selected as one of just 10 finalists in the NATO Innovation Challenge: Agentic AI for Cognitive Warfare — a highly competitive international program shaping the future of AI in complex security environments.

Built for complex and high-stakes environments, CognitiveShield tackles four core challenges of modern information operations: accelerating response to emerging threats, processing vast volumes of intelligence at speed, improving coordination across distributed teams, and replacing static analysis with dynamic, real-time assessment.

We presented CognitiveShield at Pitch Day to a distinguished panel of NATO experts, national representatives, and operational users — making the case that the future of AI in high-stakes environments is not about replacing human expertise. It's about making it faster, sharper, and more decisive.

As platforms evolve through acquisitions, the focus naturally shifts toward integration and standardization at scale — aligning systems, engineering practices, and product workflows across multiple solutions to ensure they operate as a unified ecosystem. Alongside ongoing delivery, the discussions touched on broader industry trends, including the growing role of hashtag in large-scale engineering and platform ecosystems.

We're excited to share that Alexandra Govorukha, Head of Global Corporate Affairs at Sigma Software, has been re-elected as an Ambassador of IТ Ukraine Association for the second year in a row in the UK and UAE.

In this role, Alexandra will support the promotion of Ukraine's technology ecosystem internationally, with a particular focus on DefenceTech in the UK and broader technology collaboration opportunities in the UAE.

With more than 15 years of experience in PR, corporate affairs, and B2B communications within the tech industry, Alexandra has been actively building international connections for Ukrainian technology companies for many years. Her work includes engagement with global tech communities, industry organisations, and international events, helping strengthen the visibility and reputation of Ukrainian innovation worldwide.

Recently, Nataly Lamkén, Chief Communications Officer at Sigma Technology Group, part of the Sigma Group, took part in Forum Eastern Europe 2026, organized by the University of Gothenburg, Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies, and the Svenska institutet.

The forum brought together representatives of public institutions, academia, civil society, and business to discuss regional resilience, security, and Eastern Europe’s role in shaping Europe’s future.

During the panel discussion, Nataly shared perspectives on the importance of long-term international cooperation with Ukraine and highlighted the role Ukrainian expertise already plays in strengthening Europe’s digital future.

Ukraine today is not only a country receiving support. It is also a strong strategic partner for Sweden and the EU, particularly in IT and cybersecurity. Across Sigma Software Group, more than 1,000 experts work from Ukraine, contributing to digital transformation and cybersecurity projects for both Ukrainian and international companies.

Nataly also spoke about Star for Life Ukraine and the importance of investing in the future generation through education and equal opportunities.

Launched in Ukraine in 2022 in strategic partnership with Sigma Software Group as part of the global Star for Life initiative founded by Swedish entrepreneur and philanthropist Dan Olofsson and his wife Christin, the organisation supports Ukrainian children in accessing education and building future opportunities.

Since its launch, Star for Life Ukraine has already supported more than 27,000 students through educational programs and courses, provided 400+ children with laptops and PCs, and helped open and equip 14 computer labs in schools across Ukraine.

Conversations like these are an important reminder that Ukraine’s future in Europe is built not only through support, but through partnership, knowledge sharing, and long-term collaboration.

We're proud to share that Valery Krasovsky, CEO and Co-Founder of Sigma Software Group, has been elected the new President of Diia.City Union — Ukraine's largest association of residents of the Diia City special tech regime.

Valery brings 25+ years of experience in the IT industry. Since co-founding Sigma Software in 2002, he has grown the company from a small startup into a global software development powerhouse with 2,000+ specialists across 20+ countries — complete with its own business incubator, educational platform, product line, and patented innovations. Sigma Software Group is also one of the founding companies of Diia.City Union, making this appointment a full-circle moment.
