Its pharmacological properties are similar to garlic, but the smell of the plant is much more pleasant. Ginger can be used as a seasoning for various dishes - it is added to soup or porridge, meat dishes, seasoned with chicken. You can also brew ginger tea - finely chop the root, pour boiling water, add lemon, mint and honey in equal proportions and let the resulting drink brew.
