Manyatta is proud to officially introduce the Relini Orphanage Centre… This wonderful centre aims to support and help orphaned children within Usa River area and to enable these children to access a good basic education and a meal each day. When children are fed they can learn, grow and play so much better, something many people take for granted these days. And so Manyatta feels honoured to support the centre by providing monthly funds to go towards the food costs and in so doing helping to invest in the future of this whole area.

There are times in life, even here at beautiful Manyatta, when darker clouds gather to touch us with raindrops of sorrow and heartache. But these times can also afford us a stunning silver lining... When Aideen's dear friend Debbie passed it was with some sadness but also hope, that she cultivated 20 of Debbie's favourite Erythrina trees to plant out on Manyatta. Aideen will keep Debbie’s memory alive each time she introduces a person to Manyatta and they remark on this natural splendour.

Enjoying the sprinklers! All newly planted trees and hedging on Manyatta-Tanzania is irrigated with water saving drip irrigation, giving a oasis of green all year round.

We still have plots available, even some with river frontage, benefiting from the wonderful canopy of wild fig trees.

Memories are waiting to be made at Manyatta... Sundowners by the river, raising a glass to this wonderful life, who could want for more…and this could all be yours too! 🥂

Come on in! Nothing here is left to chance; everything is nurtured from the ground up as it is the natural beauty of the flora and fauna on this site, that really make the prospect of owning your own slice of Eden such a temptation… Every individual plot is watered and grasses cut to ensure the lush vegetation thrives and the site looks immaculate at all times. And along with our wonderful ground staff, our security team also ensure that even before the first brick is laid everything and everyone is safe and sound to enjoy this wonderful way of living...
