Work has commenced and posts are on Marcwoods at Arusha in Hilton.

15 bowls turned today. First coat of polywax applied. Also posted a photo of the pile of shavings I have generated the last 4 months. These are the last bowls I will be turning until the new year. Marcwoods will be taking a break from 11th December till 27th December. I wish to take this opportunity to wish all my friends and followers a blessed Christmas and a happy New Year. 2016 will be a great year!!

Watch this space, Marcwoods will soon have a footprint in/on the Hilton Meander. Turned items will be available before Christmas so if something has tickled your fancy take note I will advise as soon as they become available. Orders can be accepted via my inbox. So here are the three large bowls done, going to oil them now so they can get dry over night. Took the whole day to finish these ones. The largest one is 575mm in diameter.
