Inspired by the incredible work of , I decided to create a few triptychs to post over the next few weeks. I can’t do it the same justice as Emmett does (seriously if you don’t follow him, you need to check his work right now)

It was super cool to see the Aurora over my home near London last night. I know a lot of people are joking they are bored of their whole feed full of aurora shots, but it’s pretty special that so much of the world managed to share such a special experience. It makes the world feel that little bit closer, and it’s something I think we desperately need right now. it’s amazing that people who can’t afford, or aren’t able to travel, were able to experience this too. Just my thoughts.

Last month I turned 40. I feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunities and experiences I’ve had in my life. I realise how privileged I am. I have always valued experiences over things and that’s what I’ve always saved my money for. In my 40 trips around the sun I’ve travelled to around 90 countries on 6 continents, from the Arctic, to the Desert to the Jungle, and everything in between. Here are some highlights

Last week I spent exploring Lapland with my 7 Pro, I found the Super Res Zoom so helpful to have, to get in close to the subject and capture the best light. Having a 50 megapixel sensor (more than my professional camera!) and a 2x optimal zoom, it allows you to get in really close. Here's a few of my favourite shots along with a close up of the phone. Lapland has to be one of my favourite places in the world, it’s so magical and there’s just no where else quite like it. This trip we’ve found some beautiful little Airbnbs. It’s so nice to come back in from shooting, put the fire on and have a look through your photos. We haven’t had luck with the Aurora this time though, so I have a feeling we’ll back back soon ?

- The Google Pixel cameras ability to take low light photos still blows my mind. You couldn't have dreamed of taking this photo with a phone just a few years ago. Taken on the Amalfi Coast in Italy a couple of weeks ago at dusk with my Google Pixel.

It’s coming to that time of year again, currently planning a trip back to this stunning area of the world with , last time was absolute magic 👌🏻
